THE FINANCIAL group J&T will open a bank in Slovakia, the daily SME wrote.
The Czech J&T Banka can enter the Slovak market without a permit from the Slovak Central Bank as the respective rules have changed with Slovakia's entry to the EU.
"We plan to have a bank in Slovakia," said Petr Málek from J&T Banka.
The Czech bank specialises in private banking, managing the finances of large corporations, and rich clients.
