P3 Bratislava D2 is located approximately 15 minutes northwest of Bratislava, adjacent to the D2 (Prague – Bratislava – Budapest) at the Lozorno exit, with great visibility from the motorway. The park is reachable from Bratislava by city bus. Construction began in March 2006 and currently consists of seven buildings, with a total potential of eight buildings.

P3 Žilina

STRATEGIC LOCATION, IDEAL FOR URBAN AND CROSS-BORDER LOGISTICS

P3 Žilina is located on the crossroad of the D1 motorway (Bratislava – Žilina – Poprad – Košice) and planned international road D3 connecting Slovakia with Poland. The park is situated 50 m from the class road E50, which joins Žilina and Martin. The park is reachable from Žilina and Martin by city bus. Construction of this park commenced in June 2012 and currently consists of three buildings spanning a total area of 28,108 m2. The park aims to provide a Class-A logistic space for the automotive and machinery industry, prominent in the Žilina region.

P3 Košice

P3 LOGISTIC PARKS IS EXPANDING ITS ACTIVITIES WITH ITS FIRST PROJECT IN EASTERN SLOVAKIA

P3 Košice is a development of a modern logistics park andproudly part of P3’s exceptional European distribution centres.
