P3 Košice
Park P3 Košice is a modern logistics center that is part of the network of top European logistics centers, P3 Logistic Parks. It is located on the D1 highway, about 15 km from Košice in the direction of Prešov. It is based in the center of the so-called cross border area, i.e. near the borders with Hungary, Poland and Ukraine. The strategic location ensures efficient cross-border distribution in the markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
The project offers exceptional access from all directions and regular public transportation from Košice and Prešov. The park is located in the region of Nová Polhora, in the heart of eastern Slovakia.

P3 park Žilina is located at the intersection of the D1 highway and the planned international road D3, which will connect Slovakia with Poland. The park is located only 50 m from the 1st class road E50, which connects Žilina and Martin. The aim of the project is to provide first-class logistics premisses for the automotive and engineering industries. The most important companies near the park are Kia Motors and Hyundai.
