The construction of two triangular towers PANORAMA CITY in the centre of Bratislava has just started. They will be the tallest residential buildings in Slovakia. For their construction, almost 6,500 tons of iron and 45,000 cubic metres of concrese will be used. Company Chemkostav, a.s. is the supplier of earthwork, foundation and construction site of the project. Until the end of September, there is still a chance for buyers to buy an apartment for beneficial price.
Since March, when the the tallest residential towers in Slovakia started to be sold, 388 apartments and 434 parking places have found their owner. Within seven months, more than 64% of apartments were sold. The biggest interest is still in two room apartments, 176 of which were sold, and in three room apartments, 131 of which were chosen by buyers. One room and four room apartments were chosen by 38, actually 43 clients.
„The fact that 64% of the apartments were sold prior the construction exceeded our expectations. About the project
PANORAMA CITY, the tallest residential towers in Slovakia, will emerge only a few steps from Danube promenade nearby the shopping centre Eurovea on Landererová Street in Bratislava. With 108 metres in hight, they will become part of new panorama of the capital. PANORAMA CITY will bring into the lucrative location of Old Town more than 600 new apartments and almost 950 parking places, and thus they will markedly expand limited options of new living in the centre of Bratislava. In the centre of the capital, more greenery will emerge thanks to PANORAMA CITY. Nearby the towers, a park will emerge and it will serve as a relax zone. Right below the windows of PANORAMA CITY will be green roof terrace, which is about the size of a football pitch.
