The cabinet on February 20 approved a draft Law on Social Insurance, one of the legislative pre-requisites of a complex reform of the country's crumbling pension system; analysts expect the reform to be launched before September elections. The draft law gradually raises the retirement age for women to 60 years as of 2026.
