PERSONNEL changes on a privatisation commission for the sale of a minority stake in the Slovenské Elektrárne (SE) energy utility may result from the formation of a new cabinet, and could delay the scripting of a shortlist of bidders, government officials have warned.
SE is the only major state property the next government has to put into private hands. Eight firms have submitted preliminary bids before starting due diligence audits.
