A quiet engineering company from Pieštany, Stakotra Manufacturing, has made it among the global leaders of attraction producers for the entertainment industry. Their roller coasters are in Disney theme parks worldwide, the Trend weekly reported.
The firm has already attained several records such as the construction of Ferrari Rossa, the world’s fastest roller coaster in Abu Dhabi.
Stakotra do not create small attractions for travelling carnivals but specialise in producing the big skeletons for roller coasters, ferris wheels, water coasters and adrenaline towers.
New orders have meant that the firm has had to construct a new plant with 6000 square metres and increase the number of their employees from 250 to 280.
