SLOVAK gas company Slovenský plynarenský priemysel (SPP) is to close its Greek subsidiary SPP Hellas at the end of June.
"On the basis of an agreement with the board, SPP is bringing its development activities and capital investment in Greece to a close with the liquidation of SPP Hellas," said SPP spokesperson Dana Kršáková.
The majority of the business has been purchased by a consortium of Cinergy and Royal Dutch/Shell for Ř171 million.
