When selling a large and therefore expensive property, one usually hires a real estate broker to quietly approach potential buyers. The general public may not even get wind of it at all.

Nevertheless, ordinary real estate websites offering apartments or smaller plots of land sometimes also offer properties with price tags of up to several millions of euros.

Index magazine selected 10 of the most expensive ones in in Bratislava. The following list contains those whose owner could be identified. The owner was not stated in many offers, but based on pictures it was possible to determine.

10 Buildings on Kupeckého Street

Location: Ružinov
Owner: Asset
Price: €3.2 million

Originally intended for housing, the two brick houses on Kupeckého Street in the wider Bratislava centre later became an office space.

"Both buildings are leased and fully occupied," the ad reads, adding that the new owner can either continue leasing them, or terminate the contracts and rebuild the houses. Their price is set at €3.15 million. The owner is Asset, a company providing services related to real estate leasing, investments and project financing.
