The development division of Metrostav Slovakia is preparing the construction of a new residential project in Bratislava’s Ružinov borough. The original plans of the previous owner, HB Reavis, was to build the Forum Business Center II administrative centre. The new owner of the plot at the corner of Bajkalská and Prievozská Streets has reassessed the market situation and is readying a two-hundred-flat complex instead.
