The unemployment rate increased slightly in September to 12.95 percent, up from 12.80 percent at the end of August, as the number of registered unemployed increased by 1.21 percent to 336,858 at the end of September.
The region with the most jobless inhabitants is Rimavská Sobota (22.57 percent), while Bratislava continues to be the land of opportunity with only 3.24 percent unemployment.
