The project will bring to this part of Bratislava 139 dwelling units in seven low-floor apartment houses that offer right away several benefits to future residents: Finnish quality of housing in the proximity of Devínska Kobyla, price affordability, as well as saving of energy costs due to having the features of low-energy buildings.
With a new residential project – Byty Villinki - the company YIT Reding has come also to Bratislava's city district Karlova Ves. The project, situated at the hillside slope Staré Grunty, will bring 64 flats in four small and low-floor apartment houses. Byty Villinki reflects Finland in the form of applied and utilised natural materials, sauna directly in the flat, Finnish design, but mainly the rational and architectonic solution articulation with a natural character of locality.
Uniqueness of the Finnish developer lies in the individual approach to each customer since the sale of flats of its projects has been in their own portfolio. Housing and living at the Finnish level has been brought by the company YIT Home – centre of selling the flats from the company YIT Reding a.s. in Slovakia.
In Slovakia the company YIT Reding engages especially in construction of residential projects, however, its portfolio consists of the approved administrative building Reding Tower 2 as well. Reding Tower 2 offers around 7 000 m2 of office spaces of the standard A in Bratislava's Rača for smaller and bigger tenants and renters.
