One of the largest real estate projects in Bratislava, Sky Park, is moving closer to completion with construction of three of four planned residential towers due to be finished in the first half of next year.
Designed by the award-winning international architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects, developer Penta Real Estate is investing €420 million into the project in the Staré Mesto district of the city which will eventually have five towers and one smaller office building.

one 29-storey office tower (119.6 m)
one office building consisting of one 8-storey building and one 19-storey tower (78 m)
public park (35,200 m2)

The three oval residential towers reached their final height of 104 metres at the beginning of the year and are gradually taking their final architectural form. The three towers have 792 apartments. All of these, except two, have been sold and sales contracts on the remaining pair are being finalised.
The towers are dominated by two-room apartments which make up 60 percent of the total number of units. They range in size from 48 to 55 square metres.
“Two-room apartments are the most liquid,” said Jozef Šimek, head of sales and marketing at Penta Real Estate.
The most luxurious apartments in the project are on the top 29th floor. Each is 260 m2 and comes with an extra almost 40 m2 large terrace. The price of the most expensive apartment is €1.7 million.
