The insurers Česká Poisťovňa-Slovensko (CPS) and Generali Poisťovňa finished merger proceedings and officially merge under a joint venture to become Generali Slovensko Poisťovňa as of October 1.
Antonín Nekvinda, the insurer's Director General, told a news conference that car liability insurance, which the two insurers have offered separately thus far, was the reason to schedule the merger for October.
