The insurers Česká Poisťovňa-Slovensko (CPS) and Generali Poisťovňa finished merger proceedings and officially merge under a joint venture to become Generali Slovensko Poisťovňa as of October 1.
Antonín Nekvinda, the insurer's Director General, told a news conference that car liability insurance, which the two insurers have offered separately thus far, was the reason to schedule the merger for October.
Insurers providing car liability insurance are obliged to release the price lists by the end of October. SITA
