About 90 new car models and more than 40 brands are on display at the 23rd Autosalon motor show being held at the Incheba Exhibition Centre in Bratislava between April 23 and 28, the TASR newswire reported.

As well as new cars, some of them recently introduced at the Geneva car show, attendees can visit a specialised section focusing on car accessories, tuning components and car service technologies.

A show called Exclusive Salon is also running along with the motor show, showcasing luxury brands and related products and services, with cars from Porsche, Bentley, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Rolls Royce on public view, TASR wrote.

Visitors are also able to attend a so-called school of security driving at which they can try out driving simulators.

Among the professional events held at the motor show will be a test by couriers of utility vehicles, and the announcement of the results of the Auto-Mechanic Junior Castrol 2013 competition, TASR reported.
