National Career Days (NDK) are where students and representatives of important companies can meet each other. National Career Days are a natural first step for students and graduates to a successful career.

National Career Days (NDK) are where students and representatives of important companies can meet each other. National Career Days are a natural first step for students and graduates to a successful career.

NDK will take place on 24.3. – 25.4 in the hotel Crowne Plaza in Bratislava.

What is NDK all about?

NDK brings a brand new concept, which is to create cooperation between students and companies via training, meetings, personal interviews and interactive company places.

It is a chance for students to meet company representatives, get information about possible employers, make new contacts with headhunters and go for internships during the two day event.

The main goal is to deliver live and extensive contact with employers, to show possible employees what is to be expected from them if they were employed by the participating companies. This year, you can meet the employers in a smaller groups. This gives you a chance for more intenstive interaction with possible employers. You just need to register to get to be part of the training. This is all possible thanks to the participation of these companies.

You can improve your soft skills too. We will show you how to create a professional cv. Please bring your curriculum vitae with you so we can help you improve it. Thanks to the company Zoznam.sk you can test your language and IT skills, like working with Office. The language institute Eku will test your skills in Spanish, German, Russian and English, those who are brave enough can try a job interview in English.

If you don’t know what kind of job you should be looking for, then NDK is the place for you. The company Trexima will scan your psychology profile and advise you in what direction your career should take.

NDK has a traditional accompanying program with expert lectures and workshops. Participants will receive practical experience that will be useful in both their personal and professional lifes. This year, the program focuses on two very important groups - students and graduates who want to find a job in one of the prestigious enterprises established in the Slovak market and those who desire to start their own business but do not know how to accomplish this. They will learn from the accumulated experience of people who have brought to life their own ideas.
