The sole Slovak hotel ship is named the Albertina (after the art and graphic collection founded in Bratislava), under construction by Slovak companies. The project was developed by a company from Komárno, the hotel part by a design company from Bratislava, and a significant number of the 45 suppliers from Slovakia overall. The Albertina is currently anchored in the Slovak capital.
The Albertina is 110 meters long, 7.5 meters high and 11.4 meters wide. It has three full floors and the fourth is a sun deck. It is powered by two Caterpillar engines with an output of 1618 kilowatts (kW). The ship is intended for 155 passengers and 38 crew members. Its maximum speed is 24.5 kilometres per hour, the systemair.com website states.
