The story of the well-known Bratislava open-air marketplace, Trhovisko Miletičová, or just Miletička, began in the seventies when it moved to Miletičova Street. An abattoir had stood in its place before.
Since then, Miletička has grown into a legendary spot crowded with stands and people – passers-by can find books, clothes, fruit and vegetables, as well as Asian bistros and even grocery stores here.
Join Peter and James Thomson as they share their experiences from their visit to Miletička: from the purchase of a cheap dictionary to an angry man selling Putin tees.
