Ľuboš Balažovič Jr. is a young filmmaker from Nové Mesto nad Váhom who discovered his love of film while studying at the Faculty of Mass Media Communication in Trnava, where he completed his master's degree in 2023. As he himself mentions, the contacts that this faculty provided him with, as well as the support of his mentor Andrej Brník, the current vice-dean at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, were a huge help.

The film premiered two years ago, on August 27, 2021, in the new cinema of the Western Slovak Museum in Trnava, following a memorial service held at the city’s SNP monument. Subsequently, the documentary was also broadcast by regional television in Slovakia and on national television in the Czech Republic.
