Young ballerina crowned queen

Lovely Livia Hýllová (center) was awarded the third annual Philip Moris Flower Award, which celebrates the ballet artist who most deeply touches the audience with beauty and grace throughout the year. Hýllová was given a check for 10,000 Swiss Francs (243,700 Sk) by Richard Morgan (second from right), General Manger of Tabak s.r.o/Philip Morris while honorary guest Margita Mečiarová (far right), the prime minister's wife, looked on. Also awarded was Silvia Noskovičová (left) as best new talent. Slovak National Theater Ballet Director Jozef Sabovčík (second from left) presided over the selection committee. Hýllová and Noskovičová can be seen in the National Theater's stellar performance of the Spanish opera Carmen.
