Unofficial rumours that the world’s biggest internet shop was coming to Slovakia have been confirmed: Amazon has officially announced the opening of a client centre in Bratislava, the Sme daily wrote in its Wednesday, June 15, issue.
By the end of 2012, the centre could employ as many as 200 people in Bratislava and has already started hiring. Apart from the Bratislava centre, Amazon presently has client centres in Ireland and Germany.
