"In the near future, our priority is the successful accomplishment of talks on new contracts for the purchase of natural gas with the company Gazprom export, with the aim of creating a long-term basis for secure and reliable supplies of natural gas to Slovakia," Wagner said.

There will also be changes on the basis of the rotating presidency between French and German shareholders in SPP’s subsidiaries, eustream and SPP-distribúcia.

The current deputy chairman of SPP-distribúcia, Antoin Jourdain, will be replaced by Michael Fipper, who will become a new member of the supervisory board. The SPP-distribúcia supervisory board will elect the future deputy chairman of the company at its next session. SITA
