Bulgarian recipes: Lamb risotto (video included)

Ingredients: 1kg lamb offal, 5-6 gloves garlic, 100g round rice, 125g butter, 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil, parsley, dill, black pepper.
Preparation: Cook the finely chopped offal in salted water. Simmer the finely chopped onion in the pan on sunflower oil, add offal and rice. Simmer the rice for a while, then add the rest of the water in which the offal was cooked. Simmer the rice until cooked. Add parsley, dill and black pepper. Pour the mixture on the baking tray and bake in the preheated oven (180°C) for 10 minutes. Pour 1 whisked egg mixed with 2 tbsp of yoghurt over the mixture. Bake for another 10 minutes.
