Mobile phone network operator Orange Slovensko and fixed-line network operator Slovak Telecom (ST) have started playing rough in their fight for customers. ST has sued Orange for what it calls unfair competition.
Bratislava Regional Court issued a preliminary injunction to make Orange to withdraw all advertising for its post-paid phone service Pausál 30 Mini that makes any reference to calling from a ST fixed line. Orange designed the program to lure ST fixed line users.
The Slovak Antitrust Office might entirely ban the Pausál 30 service.
