The opening of the Agricultural Payments Agency aimed at paying out subsidies and money from EU structural funds has been delayed from the intended July 1.

"The agency is already formally functioning as a section of the ministry. It is not important whether it is formally founded on July 1 or October 1," said Agriculture Minister Zsolt Simon.
