Do you know if you can vote in municipal elections?

When the municipal elections take place this November, foreigners with permanent residence will be able to submit votes for their preferred candidates as well.

In connection with the elections, the Human Rights League non-governmental organisation is now looking into the familiarity of foreigners living in Slovakia with the municipal election in the country within its Migration Compass project, with the purpose "to ultimately identify more effective civic engagement approaches".
