"The wealth of the people on the list is almost exclusively tied to the companies that they have built and represents the value that they would acquire should they, theoretically speaking, decide to sell their shares," according to Forbes. Ivan Chrenko of real-estate developer HB Reavis was placed second on the list (€600 million), followed by Jaroslav Haščák of the financial group Penta (€480 million). Owner of several steelworks Tomáš Chrenek came fourth with wealth worth €440 million, ahead of Penta's Martin Kusík (€420 million). Other businessmen in the top ten places came from the J&T group and Eset company, the Sme daily reported.
