Cabinet yesterday approved its official response to Budapest’s controversial status law for Hungarians living abroad; in the only part of the plan made public, Interior Minister Ivan Šimko is to have a court examine the operations and legality of the Association for Common Goals NGO which is helping to enforce the status law on Slovak soil.
