The MP is accused of inflicting bodily harm based on racial hatred. According to the prosecution, he attacked a citizen of the Dominican Republic on November 1, 2014.
The accused ran in the March 5 general election as number 9 on the ĽSNS party slate. He is also chairman of the party structure in Žilina region. He received a total of 4,832 preferential votes in the election.
