Lie detectors to be used in National Security Office

The National Security Office (NBÚ) is introducing the use of lie detectors as part of its strengthening of security clearance procedures.

Candidates for clearance will also have to submit a hand-written CV for graphological analysis, two personal referees, and information about their partners.

So far, the office has processed more than 3,000 applications, of which only 33 were rejected.
