Jozef Majský was rearrested on Friday, six days after he was released from pre-trial custody. He was arrested on suspicion of trying to pressure a witness into changing his testimony in the trial.

The same judge that freed him a week ago, Ján Poprocký, will decide whether he should be returned to pre-trial custody or released.
