Parties want special session on corruption

The coalition ANO party joined the opposition in calls to hold a special parliamentary session to discuss allegations of corrupt practices inside Slovakia's political system.

The calls follow speculation that cronyism exists between the ruling SDKÚ and an influential Bratislava businessman, sparked by the transcript of a tapped phone call.
