Bratislava's M.R. Štefánik Airport (BTS) will welcome a new carrier - Poland's LOT Airlines – which will introduce a new route from Bratislava to Warsaw on May 17, representatives of BTS and LOT announced at a press conference on January 26, the TASR newswire wrote.
Passengers will be able to travel from Bratislava to the Polish capital every day except Saturday, thereby gaining good access to flights to Canada and the US as well.
The Bratislava Airport is still negotiating with two other transport companies, Ryanair and Travel Service, to establish new Bratislava flights, TASR was told by BTS marketing director Radek Zábranský on January 26.
“We're still negotiating. There has been no change in their stance so far, but we’ll see how things evolve,” said Zábranský. TASR
