Having experienced Petržalka many times when I was living in Bratislava in 1994/95, I think it is safe to say that this article was written in a style known as "tongue-in-cheek" ["Culture Shock: A Cubist heaven in Petržalka high rises" by Gabriel Šipoš Vol. 7 No 43 November 12-18].
It is not only ironic but sarcastic and dead-on target. A unique experience along the lines of the Chicago Cabrini Greens projects. Spend an hour, cross the bridge and spend the other two hours in Old Town Bratislava.
