New Citizen's Alliance (ANO) leader Pavol Rusko has reacted to comments that he is dictatorial made by former deputy leader Anton Danko, saying that Danko's departure from the party was no great loss.
"I think that my position is the same as that of other party leaders. There have been 79 local party congresses, eight regional. Not one questioned either my position, or that of the other members of the leadership. There is not the smallest reason to create this gossip and half-truths," added Rusko.
Rusko has been the leader of ANO since it was formed two years ago. It has been a member of the ruling coalition since last year's general elections.
