President Rudolf Schuster was readmitted to hospital over the weekend after being earlier discharged, as his temperature rose to over 39C on Saturday for reasons doctors have been unable to determine.
It is the third summer in a row that Schuster has experienced serious health problems. In 2000 he was flown to Austria in critical condition from a perforated colon, while last year he took ill on holiday in the Amazon jungle.
