Slovak low-cost airline SkyEurope will cancel its regular service from Košice to Prague after a year due to low profitability. The last flight is planned for October 27, 2008, spokesman Tomáš Kika confirmed on September 12.
The main reasons for the decision are rising fuel prices and operating costs, Kika said. This leaves SkyEurope without any routes between Slovakia and the Czech Republic. SITA
