Slovak businesses are not worried by two-year guarantees

Slovak businesses say they are not worried by the need to extend six-month guarantees to two-year guarantees when Slovakia joins the EU.

"Producers are already prepared, and technical specifications have been changing since January 2000," said Slovak Confederation of Business and Industry head Peter Mihók.

The longer guarantees only apply to goods produced after January 1, 2004.
