A Slovak delegation, headed by Defence Minister Jaroslav Baška, left for an informal meeting of NATO defence ministers in Istanbul on Thursday, February 4, the SITA newswire wrote.

The two-day talks are to focus on three priority areas: the restructuring of the alliance, troop levels in Kosovo and the ongoing United Nations-mandated International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) mission in Afghanistan.
