The Nitra site covers over 15,000 square metres. 7,207 square metres to be used for the selling areas and one-quarter of the area has been set aside for "seasonal promotions."

Peter Varmuža, the Ntra Tesco director, said in a press release that "more than 40,000 products will be sold with an even ratio of food and non-food items." Over 30 cash registers accepting domestic and international credit cards await customers.

The Nitra hypermarket will be open seven days a week from 8:00 until 20:00, the release said, and has 659 parking spaces for customers and 33 for employees.
