SLOVAKIA'S private TV Joj has a new owner; J&T Media Enterprises bought the broadcaster from the Grafobal Group, whose majority shareholder is businessman Ivan Kmotrík.
At the same time, the Grafobal Group has acquired the all news TV channel TA3 from the J&T Finance Group through the purchase of a 100 percent stake in CEN, TA3's operator.
The parties involved did not publish the details of the sale. The sales still have to be approved by the Anti-monopoly Office as well as by the Broadcasting and Retransmission Council.
