Mustang Wanted, a so-called urban climber from Ukraine visited recently Slovakia. After attending the Outbreak Europe international festival in Banská Bystrica and having mastered the local building of the shopping centre Europa, he also came to Bratislava to climb the UFO observatory tower on the SNP Bridge.
“Between 7:33 and 8:00, he climbed one of the ropes in the middle of the SNP Bridge all the way to the top of the Bratislava’s UFO,” the Sme daily quoted from Red Bull website on August 7.
Police blocked the traffic on the bridge for a brief period of time. Then, Mustang was summoned to a police station, the Regional Police in Bratislava spokeswoman Tatiana Kurucová informed. “After having checked his identity, the man was released,” she added.
