VISTEON Deutschland plans to open a plant for car interiors and air conditioning products at the start of 2006, the SME daily wrote.
The firm will invest Sk1.6 billion (€40 million) in the construction of the production hall in the Sever industrial park in Nitra, and will employ around 400 people.
Infrastructure expenditures will exceed Sk36 million (€901,000) and the Germans should cover 30 percent of that sum.
