“This is a unique exercise, in nature, in the sun-bathed Skalnatá dolina valley,” Zuzana Fabianová of the Tatry Mountain resorts company informed the SITA newswire. “At the altitude of 1,751 metres above sea level, this activity combines motion and staying in the fresh air in a mountain environment,” she added.

This is the second year of an animation programme that is open for everybody throughout the summer. Last year, the Yoga lessons were at Štrbské Pleso and Hrebienok resorts, while this year, it has moved to a higher high altitude. Yoga is meant for all visitors and tourists, including small children, as the exercises are not very demanding and are recommended to be done to an individual extent, without causing pain.
