VYDRICA
Vydrica encompasses the area below Bratislava Castle, on the site of the extinct historical quarter, opening up the historic center to the west. The project will extend Bratislava's promenade and create access roads to the castle.
The revitalisation of the area creates a functional space for residents while connecting the divided city and bringing the collective memory of the centre that once was back to life. Developer Vydrica Development is collaborating on the project with renowned architectural studios, and urban and public space experts.
Vydrica is comprised of 450 apartments, ranging from 23-201 m² in size. The complex has 62,000 m² of gross built area, 23,000 m² of gross lettable area, 8,000 m² of gross office space, 10,500 m² of gross retail space and 4,500 m² of gross storage area.
