Arca used its own resources as well as funds from an acquisition loan from a bank for the purchase, TASR wrote.

Natura Food Additives is a Czech company active in production of additives for all segments of the food industry as well as serving as a technological consultancy.

Arca Capital stated that it believes the food industry is highly stable and that this was proven during the economic downturn when much of the industry maintained its sales and profits.
