Biggest issue of Eurobonds

SLOVAKIA is preparing its historically biggest issue of eurobonds, which will probably be out on the international markets by the middle of May, the news wire TASR wrote.

The state agency for the management of debt and liquidity ARDL, has already picked three banks who will administer the issue. The banks are ABN Amro, Morgan Stanley, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wassersteinssue.

According to Reuters, the 10-year bonds issue will be worth at least €1 billion. ARDL plans to gradually convert Slovakia's debt into the common EU currency in line with the state's plans to adopt the euro at the end of the decade.
