CAC Leasing Slovakia to change name

SLOVAKIA's largest leasing company by turnover, CAC Leasing Slovakia, will change its name to UniCredit Leasing next year as part of its integration process into the UniCredit group.

This involves the integration of the HVB Group and BA-CA Leasing that will be incorporated into the UniCredit group. The Slovak firm is a member of BA-CA Leasing.

As well as in Slovakia, leasing companies will also operate under the name UniCredit Leasing in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and in the Baltic countries.

In addition to the leasing company, UniBanka and HVB Bank Slovakia are other members of UniCredit that operate in Slovakia. These have already announced a planned merger for year. The new bank will operate under the new name UniCredit Bank.

UniCredit Group operates on twenty markets and provides services to 35 million clients in its 7,000 branches. Within the group, BA-CA Leasing in Vienna is responsible for the management of leasing activities in Central and Eastern Europe. CAC Leasing provides leasing for cars, technologies, and transport facilities.
