THE INTERNATIONAL Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has named CB Richard Ellis Group in The Global Outsourcing 100 for the third straight year. The list recognises the world’s best outsourcing service providers across all industries and is based on applications received and evaluated by an independent panel of judges, Kristína Havasová, marketing and PR manager of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Slovakia, informed The Slovak Spectator in March.
CB Richard Ellis, a global provider of corporate and institutional services in the real estate industry, offers transaction management, facilities management, property management, project management, lease administration, development services, capital markets solutions, consulting services and more.
“To be recognised once again as one of the world’s top outsourcing firms is a testament to the confidence clients have in the capabilities of our professionals and our platform,” said Matthew Pullen, Head of Global Corporate Services EMEA for CB Richard Ellis.
Today’s challenging economic climate has created a heightened opportunity for companies to re-evaluate their real estate operations, and the significant growth of CBRE’s outsourcing business in the past year has shown that more companies are finding that CBRE’s outsourcing solutions address their cost reduction and elevated service requirements, said the press release.
“We are always happy to know that the work we are doing is appreciated by our clients, and therefore this award is important to us,” Victoria Miller, head of the valuation department, told The Slovak Spectator. “Outsourcing covers a lot of the work that we do, particularly here is Slovakia, where developers or occupants will consider doing some of the work themselves. We would hope that this will encourage companies to come and speak to us about what we can do to improve the property they are working with, as no one can afford not to be making the most of their opportunities at the moment.”
