ČEZ has sold its subsidiary, Energetické Opravny, to power engineering equipment producer Slovenské Energetické Strojárne (SES) Tlmače.
The sale of the company, which services, maintains and repairs energy facilities, is part of the ČEZ group's strategy to sell off assets unrelated to its core business activities.
"The purchase price is a trade secret," said Eva Nováková, spokesperson of the ČEZ group.
